Steele Security recruits, vets, trains, certifies and administers only professionals who have learned their trade on the job with law enforcement agencies around the nation and who have been certified through the national forum of Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST). Those who have been Texas peace officers will have demonstrated that they were certified in accordance with Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) standards.

Standard National Agency Check (NAC) background checks will have been conducted and all appropriate training necessary to perform their assigned tasks will have been completed. Follow up and refresher training programs are an integral part of our maintenance of standards and will be conducted on a regular basis and on our time.
